Q: I'm new to working with stones & crystals. Is there any particular crystal I should get first?

A: This is a great question! We are not a huge rule followers in general (GASP!) and we personally don't believe in rules when it comes to buying crystals. What we do believe in is stones & crystals will let you know when there's a connection. It could be you think a stone is pretty or you feel a rush of energy or you just can't stop thinking about a particular crystal! Long story short - go with what you feel! You know you best!

Q: How do I clear my crystals?

A: There are several ways to clear unwanted energy from a stone or crystal. The most common way is using sage smoke. You can also use a singing bowl (sound energy), and for crystals that are water-safe, you can run them under water. The key behind all clearing is setting the intention of removing any energy that is not innate to the stone or crystal.

Q: Is the energy of a crystal more powerful the bigger the crystal is?

A: We get this question a lot. The innate energy of a crystal doesn't change based on its size. What does change is the size of energy field the crystal emits.

Q: Do you have a physical store?

A: We absolutely love teaching people about the benefits of stones & crystals!! It's in our veins! Q: Where do you ship?

A: For our online crystal shop orders, we ship to the continental U.S. (Free!!), Canada, and other countires. If you live outside the United States, please contact us and we can provide you a shipping quote! For items purchased in the Bryki Gallery, we can ship to the continental U.S., however a shipping charge will be added to the order amount.

Q: Can I track my order?

A: Yes! When you're order is packed up and a shipping label has been created, you will receive an email with the tracking information.

Q: Do you ship via UPS or FedEx?

A: At this time, we mainly use the United States Postal Service for shipping. On ocassion when a package is heavy, we will use UPS.

Q: When will I get my order?

A: We know you are excited to receive your crystal beauties! Once you place an order, your new crystals will be on there way within 3 business days. Please not that once your order is with our shipping partners, we have no control over any delivery hiccups or delays.
